Steve worked with us as an ALSPAC Data Linkage Manager. Before joining Bristol he was employed at the University of Chicago where he was a Senior Data Scientist in the alumni relations department. In this role, he helped automate the logistic regression Major Gift model and developed a wealth variable based on publicly available IRS tax data for major giving. Prior to that, he spent four years leading a team of data analysts maintaining alumni and donor data for the University’s Inquiry and Impact giving campaign. Steve is also an alum of the University of Chicago and completed his master’s in Analytics in 2015.
