I am a Senior Research Associate at the University of Bristol with a background in epidemiology, psychology, and economics. My doctoral research at the Healthy Lifespan Institute, University of Sheffield, focused on segmenting populations by lifestyle patterns to identify subgroups at high risk for a range of chronic diseases. Drawing on emerging shopping data, my work aims to understand how commercial incentives and retail environments influence dietary choices and health. I am also interested in investigating the impact of ultra-processed foods and their industrially-derived ingredients on chronic disease outcomes.
