Abstract:

Women’s health remains significantly understudied; despite its pervasive impact on women’s lives, menstrual health research has been limited, leading to a lack of understanding of real-world treatment strategies. This work focuses on harnessing shopping data from major UK retailers to investigate how females manage their menstrual symptoms, looking to uncover insights into the prevalence of menstrual symptoms and the sociodemographic factors influencing symptom management.
