Last week, Poppy travelled to Liverpool for the third annual Menstruation Research Network Conference at Liverpool John Moores University. Having been involved in menstrual research and activism online for several years, it was a great opportunity to meet fellow menstrual researchers in person. Poppy’s highlights included presenting a poster on her research plans, learning about the ways menstrual research is being made more inclusive and making a clay uterus. She even got to sing some Beatles songs in the Cavern Club after!
