Neo has secured a £61k Flexible mobility award from Consumer Lab, which is one of the Innovation Hubs at the University of Bristol, focusing on dietary choices and health data science.
Partnering with N/LAB at the University of Nottingham and Co-op, this exciting project will assess and understand everyday dietary behaviours through supermarket food purchasing data, and explore how consumption patterns influence the quality of human lives in the UK. By looking into the potential relationships between health, deprivation, and food shopping preferences, this project will study the multiple facets of well-being across the UK beyond simple socioeconomic status.
