Laura Secures Funding from Jean Golding Institute (JGI)

We are thrilled to announce that Laura’s data visualisation project has secured a seedcorn 2024-2025 funding award of £23,000, along with dedicated data science time from the Jean Golding Institute (JGI). The aim of this project is to harness novel data sources to unlock valuable insights into behavioural science, ultimately serving the public good.

Laura’s project focuses on developing an innovative data visualisation tool designed to support public engagement activities. This tool will provide a tangible representation of the types of data used in novel supermarket loyalty card research, fostering greater trust between the public and scientific researchers.

This project has been supported by the Jean Golding Institute for data science and data-intensive research at the University of Bristol. A full list of all this year’s

Successful Seedcorn Awardees (2024-2025) and projects can be found here.

Stay tuned for more updates on our journey towards advancing behavioural science and public health through cutting-edge data science!
