As part of Digital Footprints 2024, we will be holding an early career researcher (ECR) panel discussion. The theme for this session is the role of ECRs in digital footprints research, in which we will explore the contributions of ECRs to the field, as well as opportunities for senior staff to offer guidance and support.
Topics may include:
- Career journeys from a variety of backgrounds
- Advice on applying for grants, postdocs etc.
- Examples of supportive working environments
- Managing mental health in academia
