DFL took part in the Consumer data applications: Causal research in novel linked datasets. The workshop took place on the 21st of March and was organised jointly by two Turing Interest groups: Novel data linkages for health and wellbeing and Causal inference group. Anya’s presentation of lab’s work generated a lot of discussion about how linked digital footprint data within longitudinal studies can beneficial for analysis of variety of biases in the data, including to do with sampling. The event has been attended by ~40 people both offline and online.
